Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in mint condition for processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
